The Role:

As our Breakfast Manager, you’ll take the lead in creating a warm, seamless, and genuinely personal experience for every guest who joins us in the morning. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily breakfast and lunch service, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to a consistently high standard. Working closely with Senior Management, you'll support and guide your team, helping them grow and succeed while maintaining a focus on service quality, guest satisfaction, and team morale. From managing resources and maintaining cleanliness to upholding health and safety and luxury standards, your focus will always be on delivering thoughtful, tailored hospitality that keeps our guests coming back.

The Person:

We’re after a natural leader who takes pride in service that feels personal and meaningful. You’ll bring solid experience from a high-end hospitality setting, with a good understanding of how to manage a team and deliver great service in a busy environment. You care about people — both guests and your team — and you know how to coach and motivate those around you to bring out their best. You’re proactive, hands-on, and focused on the finer details that make a lasting impression. Most of all, you value genuine connections and are committed to creating memorable moments for each guest, every day.
