The Role

As the Breakfast Manager, you will oversee the daily breakfast service in The Scott Room, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience for all guests. You will lead a team of breakfast staff, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate breakfast service staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and efficient operation.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Operational Management: Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of the breakfast service, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained..
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all food and beverages meet the hotel's quality standards and dietary requirements.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
• Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for breakfast staff

• Experience in a similar role.
• A great personality and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
