You will deliver high-quality breakfast service for 500–700 guests daily, overseeing buffet, à la carte and batch production while controlling waste and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Previous Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume hotel breakfast operation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver breakfast service for 500–700 guests daily.
• Oversee buffet, à la carte and batch production with focus on waste control and quality.
