Role Overview

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operations of the Bar and Restaurant to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while working with the team to meet departmental targets.

• You will join the Food & Beverage team.
• You will supervise and deliver smooth and efficient operations, handle guest queries and complaints, and create memorable experiences for guests and colleagues. You will work closely with the management team, deputising in their absence, and working towards common goals.
