Breakfast Chef Requirements:

The ability to work well independently and multi-task.
Experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
The ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
Availability to work shifts, including weekends as per business needs.
Be a strong Chef, with the ability to train, coach and develop junior chefs.
At least 1 year experience as a Chef.
Great communication skills.
Right to Work in the UK.
Excellent culinary and presentation skills.

Breakfast Chef Responsibilities:

Preparing and plating up breakfast dishes in an efficient manner and using the menu specs provided.
Preparing ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring great attention to detail for the menu specs provided.
Working to a high standard to ensure customers receive the best quality food.
Complying with all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Cooking guests' orders according to their preferences.
Employing food safety best practices and making sure that all kitchen staff members do the same.
Acting with appropriate caution in a dangerous environment where there are knives and high-temperature surfaces.
Coaching other chefs and members of the kitchen staff, so they perform at their best.
Taking direction and working with the restaurant's administrative team.
