Job description

Located in the heart of Kings Cross St Pancras, on Euston Road; Spagnoletti is showcasing authentic Italian food. Open 7 days a week, from breakfast to late dinner; Spagnoletti will be the perfect location to rejoice your palate, entertain your eyes and recharge yourself.

We are hunting for an experienced Breakfast Chef, who is used to working stand-alone, in a fast-paced and high-volume operation using fresh and seasonal ingredients. The breakfast chef will be working in an open space, brand new kitchen, 45 hrs per week; 5:30 am to 2:30 pm.

The ideal Chef will be experienced with both intercontinental breakfast service in a 4- or 5-star operation and will have plenty of experience with high-volume service. We are looking for an independent individual, professional, and extremely well-organised.

Always maintaining open and clear communication, the breakfast chef will:

  1. Prepare, cook, and present dishes within the company standard and concept.
  2. Ensure standards are met as well as follow food hygiene & health and safety rules.
  3. Monitor portion and waste control.
  4. Be extremely well-organised and keep the station clean at all times.
  5. Work alongside the rest of the brigade and communicate efficiently with the entire team, including front of house.
