Job Role:Breakfast Chef

Food Style:Traditional Italian Brasserie
Brigade Size:15 chefs
Covers:200 daily, 600 + on weekends

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Breakfast Chef to join a thriving Italian brasserie in West London.This high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serves authentic, high-quality Italian cuisine and is looking for a passionate and driven Breakfast Chef to lead the morning service, covering breakfast and brunch.

  • A highly organised Breakfast Chef with experience in a high-volume restaurant

  • Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
  • Experience in stock ordering, inventory management, and kitchen compliance

The Role:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations during breakfast and Brunch, early starts
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and execution
  • Ensure efficient service across the morning service
  • Work closely with senior management to evolve the menu and maintain quality
