Job summary

A modern British eatery in London seeks a talented Breakfast Chef to prepare and serve high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes. You will ensure cleanliness, manage stock rotation, and work well under pressure during busy service times. Candidates should have a passion for cooking and the ability to work early morning shifts from Friday to Sunday. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• A passion for cooking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work early morning shifts through to early evening Friday to Sunday only (7:30-5pm).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast/brunch items to order.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, in line with food safety standards.
• Manage stock rotation and assist with ordering as needed.
• Work well under pressure, especially during busy service times.

As our Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard. You’ll work independently during morning , lunch and afternoon service and ensure consistency, cleanliness, and quality at all times.. .
