The Dog & Fox in Wimbledon Village is seeking a Breakfast Chef to own our mornings. You’ll cook fresh, craft hollandaise, and lead the early service from prep to pass, bringing pride in every egg and sourdough.

You should have proven fresh-food kitchen experience, ability to run a busy breakfast solo, and solid food-safety knowledge. We offer early starts, staff meals, training, and a welcoming team in a much-loved pub.

Qualifications

• Fresh-food kitchen experience is essential.
• Confident running a busy breakfast service solo.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene or above.
• Calm under pressure for Sunday mornings.
• Reliable and punctual.
• A sense of humour appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Run the breakfast and brunch service from prep to pass.
• Cook everything fresh: eggs, bacon, sourdough, hollandaise.
