We are looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef/ F&B Team Member to join our Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for that someone that can offer personalised and memorable experiences for all our guests.

• As a Breakfast Chef, you will deliver and present quality food products (primarily the breakfast buffet) in accordance with the Hampton brand standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the breakfast/kitchen/bar area.
• Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and allocated to the designated areas.
• You will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional food and beverage service to our guests.
• Helping with the unloading and putting away of deliveries.
• Helping with food preparation task (such as peeling and chopping vegetables).
• Experience of working with Micros and Hilton is preferable, but full training is provided for all our systems.
• Preparation of Staff Meals & Staff Canteen set up daily
• Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and procedures are adhered to; this will involve appropriate training.
• Can pay close attention to detail and upsell when the situation arises to promote food and beverage offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Food preparation and service experience.
• Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
• High Standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• A good understanding of Food Hygiene & procedures
• Flexibility with shift times/availability.
