What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for daily food preparations during the day, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast and lunch to award-winning afternoon tea. This includes supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Senior Chef de Partie or in their absence; participating in menu planning; maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs; and training and developing other kitchen team members to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, off-menu requests, and special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Chef de Partie.
