A go-to destination for an elegant lunch or dinner, the eighth-floor dining room offers an elevated experience. Casual dining can be found in the rest of the club and on the rooftop terrace. There is a wide selection of wines and new seasonal cocktails, which can be enjoyed with lunch, dinner or after hours.

£16 per hour + Surplus Service Charge

The Role…

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our Central London team at 180 House (WC2R 1EA). As a breakfast chef you would be responsible to prepare and deliver breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food off the club breakfast menu. You'll oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries and also be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis.

• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Mon – Weds – 8am – 1am

Thurs – Fri – 8am – 3am

Saturday – 9am – 3am

Sunday – 9am – 11pm
