Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including cooked dishes, pastries, and continental options.
- Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standards and served in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal breakfast menus and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control, minimizing waste while maximizing quality.
- Provide exceptional service and accommodate guest requests with a positive attitude.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role in a high-quality kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for breakfast dishes and fresh ingredients.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
