Job description

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join the team at The George IV Hotel, Criccieth.

Breakfast Chef working hours:

As a Breakfast Chef, you will work approximately 24–30 hours per week, over 6 days in the summer season from April to September, and 4 or 5 days during quieter periods. You will receive an hourly rate of £14.91, regardless of age.

Breakfast Chef Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Breakfast Chef is to prepare, cook, and serve breakfast to our guests. You will work as part of a small kitchen team, maintaining high cleanliness standards, completing temperature control records, cleaning schedules, and other related administrative tasks. You may also support the team with weekly stock takes, food ordering, and store security. Occasionally, you will assist with evening meal preparations.
