Mount Royal Hotel by The Unlimited Collection is seeking a n engaging B reakfast Che f with a passion for great hospitality , to join our team. You will report to the Executive Chef , providing a memorable experience for our guests, and our culinary offerings are a key part of that experience.

A B reakfast Chef will be responsible for :

• Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes.

• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.

• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

To be successful in the role of B reakfast Chef we require:

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Similar role in a hotel or restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and cooking techniques.

• Ability to work early morning shifts.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paces environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
