Join our eco-conscious kitchen and play a vital role in ensuring our guests start their day with a nutritious, pleasurable, and memorable dining experience. With basic experience in kitchen work, you will be eager to develop and willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced and driven environment. You will work closely with our head chef to provide a strong selection of breakfast options to cater to a wide range of preferences and dietary requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Complete preparation of our products according to the recipes and standards set by our head chef.
  2. Monitor and manage breakfast service, ensuring a smooth flow and timely delivery for our guests.
  3. Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and adhere to the highest hygiene standards.
  4. Provide feedback to our head chef regarding stock management and kitchen inventory.
  5. Work with our front of house team to address guest requests and dietary requirements, providing a personalized and exceptional experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus.
