Breakfast Chef

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard and ensuring that all food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, pastries, and other breakfast items.
2. Ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and is presented in an appealing manner.
3. Maintaining and cleaning all kitchen equipment to a high standard.
4. Assisting in the ordering and management of kitchen supplies and inventory.
5. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
6. Working collaboratively with other kitchen team members for smooth operation.
7. Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
8. Assisting in training junior kitchen staff as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role.
2. A passion for food and a creative approach to cooking.
3. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
