Job summary

Leonardo-Inn-Hotel-Glasgow-West-End is seeking a Breakfast Chef to support the kitchen team in delivering a high standard breakfast experience for guests. You will work closely with the Head Chef in a busy environment, ensuring food is prepared to spec, safety and cleanliness are maintained, and you have opportunities to grow through our Junior Chef Programme.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and keep breakfast service running smoothly
• Prepare and cook breakfast offerings to specification
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
• Collaborate with kitchen team and other departments to deliver guest experiences
