Hub Box is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer!

As a Breakfast Chef, you will:

• Collaborate with the Kitchen Team to ensure what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised, and that what our front-of-house team serves to our guests is delicious, consistent & on spec always
• Support the Sous Chef & Head Chef in the day-to-day running of kitchen duties
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations
• Coach, mentor & train the Chef & Kitchen Assistant team
• Support the Sous Chef & Head Chef with ordering, stock takes & GP’s
• Open the kitchen 5 days a week for breakfast service - what better way to start your day than on the beach!
