As part of the Catering team, the Breakfast Chef is responsible for preparing and delivering the hotel's breakfast offerings and managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head and Sous Chefs. You'll work as part of our friendly team to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the kitchen and to assist in providing a high-quality dining experience while maintaining sales, reputation, and profit of the kitchen as agreed by the Head Chef. You need to be flexible to work in different areas if required, and adhere to all health and safety requirements at all times.
The full-time (37.5 hour) salary range for this role is £26,200 - £38,000, with an expected salary of £31,440 - £45,599 based on a 45-hour week that we are currently recruiting for.
This position is a Permanent contract.
45 hours per week, 6am - 4pm, 5 days per week including weekends on a rota basis.
This role is based at our Odney Club Hotel, Cookham, Berkshire.
The Odney Hotel, owned by John Lewis Partnership, is set in 130 acres by the River Thames in Cookham, Berkshire. It offers character, charm, and unique amenities, including historic houses, grounds, a private river stretch, water gardens, a pool, and sports facilities. Guests can enjoy various leisure and relaxation options, including the Serenity Spa and dining experiences overlooking the river.
