Key responsibilities of the Breakfast Chef will include:

  • To be responsible for the mis-en-place for the Breakfast Section
  • To be responsible for breakfast production and service
  • To assist the Head Chef with ordering requirements
  • To maintain a high standard of Kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practice
  • Maintain positive working relationships with the rest of the team and other colleagues
  • To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary

The Ideal Breakfast Chef:

  • Experience of working as a Breakfast Chef within a 4* / 5* hotel
  • Able to work in a flexible and motivated manner
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to use own initiative
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and must be reliable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and is competent in multi-tasking
