About the Role

The Breakfast Barista reports to the Restaurant Manager at W Edinburgh and is expected to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages during breakfast service.

Joining the pre-opening team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s opening and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person, and passionate!

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare hot and cold beverages during service
• Assist with stocking all operational equipment for smooth service
• Maintain high standards and ensure timely service
• Communicate important guest information to the team and management
• Ensure a seamless guest experience
