A Day in the Life at Hazel

As a Breakfast Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, helping to set a positive tone for the day. Your key responsibilities will include:

  Welcoming guests warmly and providing attentive, friendly service throughout breakfast

  Serving breakfast in our relaxed, stylish restaurant environment

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing the restaurant for service, including setup, restocking, and closing breakfast duties

  Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas

  
  


• 
  

  Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy breakfast periods

  Supporting with buffet service, barista coffee making, and drinks service as required

  Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and guest satisfaction at all times

  
  

What We’re Looking For

  Previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is ideal – but not essential
