  • Manage the breakfast service, maintaining high standards for both made-to-order menu and breakfast buffet.
  • Prepare all breakfast items for the following day and support the kitchen with general preparations, including staff lunches.
Requirements
  • Commitment to the role and excellent organizational skills.
  • Confidence to work independently in a busy breakfast environment.
  • Basic cooking skills, knife skills, and the ability to confidently prepare breakfast menu items.
