Job Title

Breakfast and After School Club Manager

Location

Stisted Primary Academy, The Street, Stisted, Braintree, CM77 8AN

Hours

21 hours per week during term time

Operational Hours

Monday to Friday: 7.30am - 8.45am & 3.15pm - 6pm

Pay

GBP 13 per hour

Contracts Available

Term Time - 40 hrs per week during holiday clubs if desired

Due to the location of this site, driving is an advantage.

About the Role

At Junior Adventures Group, we are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Club Manager dedicated to developing team members and caring for children. We are the UK's leading provider of children’s wraparound care, offering roles in Breakfast, After School, and Holiday Clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Manage, direct, and support staff to deliver a safe and effective programme, ensuring team motivation and happiness.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with your team, parents, schools, and central operations.
  • Inspiration: Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care, inspiring children to explore interests.
  • Organization: Plan, supervise, and deliver a variety of activities with enthusiasm, including sports, arts & crafts, and structured play.
  • Responsibility: Follow protocols and policies, ensuring children’s safety and well-being.
  • Energy and Enthusiasm: Bring warmth, honesty, and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences.
  • Flexibility: Embrace your unique talents and be adaptable to different roles and situations.
