Job summary

Mallory Pryce Ltd is seeking a diligent solicitor to manage a caseload of pre- and post-litigation breach of agreement matters for tenants in Liverpool. You will interpret the Landlord & Tenant Act and CPR Part 8, draft applications for breach of agreement and specific performance, and prepare court bundles for counsel.

The role requires strong negotiation, client communication, and the ability to liaise with Counsel and surveyors.

Qualifications

• Experience handling pre- and post-litigation breach of agreement cases.
• Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Act and CPR Part 8.
• Drafting Applications for breach of agreement and for specific performance.
• Ability to prepare Court Bundles and liaise with Counsel.
• Strong client communication and document review skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients
