Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Brasserie & Bar Manager to lead our team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This hands-on role requires a dynamic and driven individual who can uphold the highest service standards while delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will oversee all aspects of the Brasserie and bar operations, inspiring and developing your team to maintain an environment where both guests and staff thrive. Your leadership will be key in showcasing the Brasserie’s refined yet approachable style, enhancing its reputation as a standout destination within Sopwell House.

Your Role in Our Family:

  • Oversee the daily operations of Brasserie, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure all food and beverage policies, procedures, and service standards are strictly adhered to.
  • Champion outstanding customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
  • Drive revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of service and quality.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to monitor budgets, control costs, and optimise efficiency.
  • Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Take a hands-on approach during peak times, assisting the team to maintain seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and service enhancement.
