Rare opportunity to join the team at an independent creative studio based in London. Specialising in branding, creative campaigns and digital.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the creative development of brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, typography, imagery guidelines, and visual language systems.
  2. Develop comprehensive and user-friendly brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand identity across all touchpoints.
  3. Produce a wide range of brand assets, including but not limited to marketing collateral (both print and digital), website visuals, social media templates.
  4. Articulate and present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients.
  5. Work closely with other designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of the brand identity across various projects.
  6. Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains a high level of visual consistency.
  7. Effectively manage your time and workload to meet deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills & Experience
  1. Proven experience as a Branding Designer within a design agency.
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful branding projects, demonstrating a mastery of visual identity design principles in a fun and playful way!
  3. Excellent knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  4. A solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect design work.
  6. A passion for branding and a desire to create impactful and memorable visual identities.
