Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is seeking a Graphic and Multimedia Officer to join the Corporate Affairs team. You will create engaging visual and multimedia content to support NHG’s communications, brand and business objectives across the housing sector.

You'll work with colleagues to produce creative content for residents, colleagues, partners and stakeholders. This in-house role offers opportunities to grow creative and digital skills in a fast-paced environment and contribute to NHG's social

Qualifications

• Experience in a graphic design, multimedia, communications or marketing role.
• Experience creating visual content for digital and print channels.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic photography, videography and editing skills; willingness to develop them.
• Understanding of branding and maintaining visual consistency.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms or email marketing tools.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of graphic design, photography and video projects across communications channels.
• Create and update branded materials including newsletters, presentations, leaflets, posters, social graphics and templates.
• Assist with photography and video production: planning, filming, editing, content prep.
• Interpret creative briefs and deliver content that meets objectives and timelines.
• Ensure materials align with NHG brand guidelines and accessibility requirements.
• Maintain NHG's digital asset libraries and coordinate external suppliers as needed.
