Aareon UK is seeking an experienced Brand Systems Designer to build a Canva ecosystem from the ground up, translating our design system into governed templates and components. You will create workflows and brand controls that empower teams to produce assets at scale while preserving brand consistency during a major brand transition.

Qualifications

• Extensive Canva experience with brand hubs or enterprise implementations.
• Advanced Canva features: Brand Kits, governance, workspace architecture.
• Experience designing self-service template ecosystems for non-design users.
• Strong graphic design capability and understanding of visual identity systems.

Responsibilities

• Canva Brand System Architecture design and build Canva enterprise environment.
• Establish structure, governance and taxonomy behind the Canva workspace.
• Configure brand controls, locked elements, assets and reusable components.
• Create scalable framework for current and future brand requirements.
• Develop templates for social media, presentations, case studies and internal comms.
• Build modular template systems usable across products and audiences.
• Ensure templates are intuitive for non-design users.
• Support Branded House rollout and adoption across organisation.
