Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a Senior Bid Designer to lead the Creative Services function, owning high-profile projects and evolving the brand. You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver on-brand creative solutions across internal and client-facing contexts.

The role combines hands-on design, project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership, ensuring delivery of quality work on time and to demanding standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of creative projects across a range of channels and formats.
• Maintain and develop brand standards across the business.
• Create and oversee presentations, branded collateral, internal communications and client-facing documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Review and quality-check creative work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Support, mentor and guide members of the creative team.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, ways of working and overall output quality.
