Job summary

Selfridges in London is seeking a Brand Specialist (Supervisor) for Designer Room on the Womens 2nd Floor. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge and drive sales through training and keen brand storytelling.

You will lead by example, motivate colleagues, manage stock and safety procedures, and adapt to daily shifts while building strong client relationships and maintaining Selfridges standards and service excellence.
