Thanks to your direct relationship with the Global Product Marketing & Direct to Consumer teams, you will always be aligned on strategy and bring learnings from international best practice to the UK. You will deftly handle the various digital platforms required in the workflow to ensure we handle people’s data safely and respectfully, whilst also being accountable for following procedures, processes and reporting to deliver excellent consumer experience.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Work cross-functionally in the Marketing Team on our direct-to-consumer communications to ensure unique brand and product experiences are delivered in the right way (on-brand, data-compliant, correct process etc). Set up and draft copy for outbound email communications within campaigns using established digital workflows, always ensuring brand personality and values are communicated in the right way. Ensure selective and premium communication to safeguard the brand experience for consumers. Regularly communicate with our Global Direct-to-Consumer team and use intranet learning tools to ensure we always follow latest guidance and learning from best practice.

PRODUCT SAMPLING DATABASE MANAGEMENT

Use the web-based free goods database tool (Red Bull Delivers) to ensure we manage the delivery of product to consumers in a data compliant way. Liaise with business-wide stakeholders to ensure full compliance with Red Bull Delivers workflow wherever free goods are sent to consumers and brand partners.

CONSUMER REQUEST HANDLING

Daily checking of the consumer relations tool (Zendesk) inbox for email queries from consumers. Respond to queries in a way that gives consumers a positive Red Bull experience and according to latest global guidelines and best practice. Assign requests to other stakeholders according to topic and specialism and escalate where relevant, to ensure they are closed satisfactorily. Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting regularly to the wider business to highlight successes and development areas for the process.

DATA COMPLIANCE

Use the internal training tools to level-up your own knowledge of data compliance regulation in the UK and EU as relevant. Share updates and knowledge with the wider team to champion best practice on consumer data handling.

PRODUCT MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

You’ll support product campaigns that grow brand salience, demand and consideration (through trial) of Red Bull across various occasions and moments of need, when Red Bull can give someone the energy to make the most of their time and talent. You will be using your digital platform experience to create seamless engagements that influence our marketing strategy.

EVENT & CAMPAIGN SUPPORT

Foster collaborative relationships across the business in the UK and with the Global team.

BRAND GUARDIANSHIP

Act as a brand guardian for Red Bull, ensuring we communicate our brand purpose, beliefs and values along with our product benefits and attributes according to brand guidelines and in a relevant way for people in the UK.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • It’s a proven fact that humans can’t multitask, but you are able to manage multiple workstreams at once because you’re good at prioritising and organising your workload.
  • You pay attention to the details because you take pride in your work, and you know that quality of execution comes from effort at every stage.
  • You’re able to follow detailed processes, especially ones that involve multiple digital platforms and stakeholders.
  • Digital terms and technical process don’t scare you – we’re not asking you to write the code for the website, but if we give you a flowchart and ask you to complete online forms you won’t run away.
  • You’re a self-starter but you also know when to ask for help!
  • You like people! Sounds simple, but success in this role will rely on your ability to foster collaborative relationships with lots of different people and to show understanding to everyone who sends us a query.
  • You’re good at writing – not just spelling and grammar but you enjoy putting together sentences that communicate your point with personality and precision.
  • You enjoy finding creative ways to solve problems and spending time bouncing ideas off other people.
  • Not essential, but a good knowledge of the Red Bull brand personality traits and purpose would be super helpful and ensure you get a flying start to the role!

At Red Bull, we exist to give people wiiings. To achieve that, we recognise the value that comes from having a highly diverse workforce that has the freedom and responsibility to realise their ideas and seize opportunities. We make recruiting decisions based on experience, skills, potential and talent: everyone is welcome here.
