Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and approving materials against brand or IP guidelines.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating branding activities and IP protection.

Responsibilities

• Review licenses and ensure fair treatment of licensees under open terms and conditions.
• Govern disputes with infringers and complainants, including cease and desist letters and potential legal action.
• Builds business cases for the Brand Protection Lead to recommend to DVSA Corporate Senior Leaders.
• Develop knowledge of Civil Service networks and act as advisor on illustration, design and graphic communications.
• Prepare reports and papers in collaboration with internal departments.
