Job Title: Brand Proposition Senior Executive

Location: Milton Keynes, UK

About the role

As the Brand Proposition Senior Executive, you will play a vital role in elevating BSI’s brand presence—enhancing our reach, recognition, and engagement across key audiences including clients, prospects, and stakeholders. Working across social media, paid media, and our website, you’ll bring our brand to life through compelling content and creative campaigns.

This role also leads on the Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) brand proposition, ensuring content is aligned with divisional, market, and sector priorities. You’ll play a central part in delivering the annual HSW strategic brand campaign—amplifying the 2025 campaign and shaping the direction for 2026.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on storytelling, strategy, and building a meaningful brand connection with our audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver brand awareness campaigns for Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW), in partnership with Group PR
  • Support content and campaign delivery across HSW, Sustainability, and Digital Trust themes
  • Manage social media content (organic and paid), website updates, and external partnerships
  • Ensure brand consistency across tone of voice, visuals, and messaging
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to align and amplify campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in social and digital marketing, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing for social and developing video/storyboard concepts
  • Background in agency or fast-paced marketing environments
  • Experience managing relationships with social media agencies
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance measurement
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset with strong organisational skills
