The Role
We’re working with a well-established FMCG food company in Peterborough that’s looking for a Brand Project Manager to take ownership of key brand marketing projects. You’ll be overseeing product launches, brand innovations, packaging updates, and promotional campaigns across multiple brands.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with marketing, sales, NPD technical teams, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing brand marketing projects from start to finish – including product launches, packaging updates, and promotional activities
- Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Running weekly project meetings, keeping everyone aligned and on track
- Identifying any potential issues early and finding solutions
- Making sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Reviewing completed projects and looking at how things can be improved for the future
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in project management – ideally within FMCG or food
- Strong organisation and communication skills – you’ll be working with lots of different teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and adapt to changing priorities
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Experience using project management tools
- A PMP PRINCE2 qualification would be a bonus, but not essential
