The Opportunity

We are seeking a sharp, thoughtful, and values‑aligned MBA graduate or recent postgraduate to join us as Brand Project Lead – Inhabit Hotels. Working closely with co‑founders Nadira Lalji and Rahim Lalji, and our Head of Hotels – Montcalm Collection, this is a rare opportunity to be embedded at the heart of a fast‑evolving hotel brand.

You will act as a connector across internal teams and with external stakeholders, translating brand strategy into delivery and ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment across projects. This role offers hands‑on exposure to strategic and operational initiatives that will shape the future of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into actionable plans, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Lead and maintain the Inhabit Brand Scorecard, reporting regularly to leadership.
  • Project‑manage cross‑functional workstreams, tracking milestones and maintaining momentum.
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and consumer insight gathering.
  • Support development of wellness, lifestyle, and sustainability‑focused programming.
  • Manage partnerships with wellness practitioners, sustainability consultants, and community organisations.
  • Contribute to ESG reporting, B Corp commitments, and low‑impact operational initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering exceptional stakeholder relationships.

About You

  • Recent MBA or master’s graduate (or currently enrolled if applying for an internship).
  • Structured thinker with experience in management consulting, business analysis, or operational strategy.
  • Strong communicator, able to engage both creative teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Brings both strategic intelligence and operational expertise.
  • Passionate about sustainability, ethical hospitality, and wellness‑led design.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of hotel refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades, or multi‑site projects.
  • Familiarity with investment appraisal methodologies (NPV, IRR).
  • Global perspective through travel, study abroad, or hospitality experience.

Why Join Us

  • Work directly with the co‑founders and senior decision‑makers.
  • Be part of a mindful, purpose‑driven, and award‑winning hotel brand.
  • Hands‑on exposure to brand, operational, and sustainability projects.
  • Opportunity to shape initiatives that have real impact.
  • Supportive and collaborative work culture, with occasional travel between sites.

If you are driven by purpose, inspired by innovation, and ready to contribute to a brand redefining sustainable hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

  • Celebrate your special day with a fully paid day off on your birthday.
  • After completing your probation, enjoy a paid day to support a cause of your choice and give back to the community.
  • Cash-back health benefits, including optical, dental, chiropractor and physio services.
  • Discounted gym membership.
  • Access to Wellbeing platform and sessions, including EAP.
