We're looking for a Brand PR Manager to join our energetic and fun Masterbrand Strategy & Awareness team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Europe’s consumer PR activity, working across multiple campaigns, our busy always on press office, and launching our new hotel openings, helping to elevate our brand presence across key markets.

What you’ll do:

Develop and deliver always-on PR and campaigns that increase awareness and preference for IHG Hotels & Resorts and our stay brands.

Lead high-impact brand PR initiatives that win the hearts and minds of consumers and cut through the noise in lifestyle and travel media.

Drive editorial coverage for our portfolio of hotels across Europe by tapping into trends and consumer activity.

Manage the Europe PR calendar in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, balancing multiple projects at once.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and manage influencer programmes with agency partners, from selection to content review.

Prepare press releases, pitches, presentations, briefings, and reports to measure PR ROI and track performance.

Collaborate across the global Masterbrand Strategy & Awareness team to deliver European PR that supports global objectives.

What you'll bring:

Significant experience in PR or external communications, ideally in an international business.

Experience in either agency or in-house PRCreative , energetic, and polished with strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable juggling multiple projects, from hotel launches to consumer campaigns and influencer activity.

Strong understanding of European travel, lifestyle, and consumer media, including established media contacts.

Experience managing agencies and working with diverse stakeholders across complex businesses.
