What if your expertise could help someone, somewhere, to live a better life?

Helping children living with juvenile idiopathic arthritis to communicate their pain, giving people with psoriasis their confidence back, shocking 2.3 million HCPs into taking action against second heart attacks, and proving to the world that eczema isn’t just a skin condition.

Havas Lynx Group is a creative communications agency dedicated to improving healthcare communications worldwide. We are committed to bringing about meaningful change—change driven by experience, innovation, and proven delivery. We collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, carers, and pharmaceutical brands to tackle the complex challenges of modern healthcare. • Ensuring a thorough understanding of the brand, product, and project strategy, with appropriate research aligned to campaign goals.
  • Leading strategic activities alongside the Senior Planner and/or Head of Strategy, ensuring outputs meet client expectations.
  • Managing research and insights for your projects, including competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, and making informed strategic recommendations.
  • Building collaborative relationships with Account Handlers and Creatives to maximize campaign potential.
  • Interpreting insights from Planning or Research Executives to shape strategies, presenting ideas with clear rationale.
  • Utilizing and expanding your strategic toolkit, including various research tools, to support research activities.
  • Ensuring strategy adherence throughout all project stages.
  • Adapting to work across digital projects, research initiatives, brand development, and workshops depending on project needs.

What you can expect from us

A supportive environment that fosters learning, growth, and impactful work. We invest heavily in #LYNXLife and #LXAcademy programs to reward effort, reduce stress, and promote a positive workplace culture. Our goal is to build internal capabilities and attract top talent to fulfill our mission.
