Our mission is to turn creators into global media companies by building teams, scaling the production and distribution of their content and introducing new revenue streams across platforms. We acquire between 50% and 100% of creator businesses with an established YouTube presence. We've already invested in leading creator brands such as Veritasium and fern and we’re just getting started.

About the Role

Electrify is looking for a passionate and target-focused executive to source and close brand sponsorship and integration partnerships for our leading YouTube channels. The role is client-facing and focused on creating new business opportunities and developing relationships with media spend budget holders.

Candidates will have previous experience working within branded content for social media or influencer marketing, with the ability to find and develop strong agency and brand contacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a pipeline of potential partners and clients, with the aim of securing brand sponsorship spend.
  • Source new business opportunities, bringing in a defined number of new prospects and clients each month.
  • Work closely with creators in our portfolio to understand their content, audiences, and commercial potential—ensuring all brand integrations are both authentic and effective.
  • Develop pitches for the full range of opportunities that Electrify’s content channels can offer clients.
  • Identify and prioritize potential clients; including agency teams, brands direct and vertical-focused outreach.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to identify and maximize revenue opportunities across the portfolio to meet and exceed targets.
  • End-to-end management of the sales process, agency/client relationship, and Creator coordination and alignment.
  • Respond to briefs effectively and in a timely way, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Regularly report back on results, performance, and conversion of campaigns and creating case studies.

Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about the Creator Economy and the educational YouTube space.
  • Familiar with how YouTube operates and understands how to maximize revenue opportunities with partners, while ensuring all platform guidelines are followed.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to grow and develop.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and measurement tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Tubular, or similar).
  • Experience negotiating brand sponsorship influencer marketing deals.

Highly Desirable:

  • You have an existing network of media agency contacts or direct brand relationships.
  • You’ve previously worked with YouTubers or digital-first content creators.
  • You’ve closed six-figure brand deals or built branded content campaigns across multiple platforms.
