Job description

Responsibilities

TikTok’s Partnership Managers are responsible for building long-term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

  • Grow the business within the Tech & Telco vertical as part of a wider Entertainment, Media, Tech, and Telco vertical team
  • Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
  • Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
  • Lead C Suite level conversations to increase revenue and grow strategic partnerships
  • Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
  • Spearhead client education on products and give product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, process, and client relationships
  • Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimized media solutions
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience
  • Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points
  • Knowledge of self-serve platforms i.e. auction/biddable forms of digital advertising buying
  • Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C-level relationships
  • Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
  • A team player and collaborator
  • Experience working with Entertainment, Tech, and Telco clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • App monetisation experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
