Brand Partnerships Sales Manager – Social Publisher for Gen Z Audience

Base Salary: £45 - £55K + commissions and benefits

Hybrid Working

I’m working with an agenda-setting global lifestyle media owner with a huge audience reach, creating cutting-edge content across several verticals, primarily targeting Gen Z and Millennials, with hundreds of millions of video views per month. The client collaborates with top brands on deep, creative Content Partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience selling social-first branded content partnerships, understands social video and influencer marketing, and has contacts within media agencies and marketing departments at brands.

Candidate Attributes:
  • Proactive sales approach with ability to generate new business through personal influence and creative ideas
  • Existing contacts with key decision-makers at international media agencies and marketing departments
  • Experience selling branded content and brand partnerships on social platforms
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube content, and how to sell brand collaborations on these platforms
  • Ability to engineer new opportunities and grow the pipeline through activity and compelling pitches
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization and with stakeholders
  • Coachable, curious, resilient
