Responsibilities

TikTok's Mobile Gaming Team aims to help gaming publishers unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. You will be part of a high performing team of Brand Partnerships Managers and Client Solution Managers covering the Mobile Gaming industry for the UK.

The UK team is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to manage and drive its Gaming business. As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be the designated expert for your industry and will be tasked with defining the way forward for long-term business relationships. Success in your role requires an understanding of the digital media ecosystem, deep connections with the Mobile Gaming industry, and the ability to evolve in a fast-paced start-up environment. You will be evaluated based on your impact on marketing budgets, revenue generation, and strategic initiatives to position TikTok as a key platform for your industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Partner and drive global adoption of TikTok's digital advertising solutions through strategic partnerships with UK and global key accounts.
  2. Build and foster long-term relationships with senior regional client decision-makers and their agency counterparts, managing end-to-end customer relationships for revenue, tech, and data needs.
  3. Design digital marketing and product development strategies with advertisers.
  4. Drive thought leadership and strategic thinking by collaborating with internal stakeholders such as legal, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure consistency across European markets.
  5. Collaborate with agency teams on enterprise technology selling, relationship-building, account strategy, opportunity identification, and competitive selling.
  6. Ensure a high standard of business service with support from client solutions and cross-functional teams.
  7. Lead internal and external initiatives related to the industry to meet revenue objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
  • Expertise in the Mobile Gaming industry.
  • Understanding of the digital media ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of publishers' monetization methods and user acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and strategic mindset, with existing relationships in the region preferred.
  • Track record of exceeding client and business targets.
  • Understanding of TikTok and its commercial offerings or those of close competitors.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience as a partnership owner or in a digital media team.
  • Additional language skills and excellent English communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a start-up spirit and quick learner.
