The Brand Partnerships team is responsible for activating multi-platform commercial partnership campaigns within the UK market, focusing on long-form podcast audio, social media, video content, live events, and more.

The Brand Partnerships Manager role is an exciting opportunity within this growing team. Reporting to the Director of Brand Partnership, you will activate high-standard Brand Partnership campaigns, specializing in paid social media.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Campaign Activation: Oversee campaigns from pre-approval to post-activation, advising on feasibility, timelines, and costs. Manage campaign timelines, coordinate talent, attend shoots, collaborate with the creative team, and optimize campaigns, including preparing and presenting post-campaign analyses.
  2. Paid Social: Support the development of frameworks, processes, and strategies for paid social campaigns. Lead planning, execution, and analysis on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Manage budgets and optimize campaigns to meet targets, providing actionable insights.
  3. Additional Tasks: Mentor team members, create case studies, and support internal resource updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project/client management.
  • Proficiency with paid Ads Managers (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Strong understanding of social channels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for audio, social media, or podcasting is a plus but not required.
