Noli is the future of beauty tech. We’re creating a next generation personalized beauty shop. Backed by L’Oréal, we launched in 2024 to solve a massive problem in beauty: helping people find the right products for their unique needs. We combine AI with deep beauty expertise to transform how people discover, experience, and love beauty online.
What you’ll be doing
As our Brand Partnerships Lead, reporting into the E-Commerce Director, you’ll own our relationship with beauty brands - starting with L’Oréal and expanding to new partners — ensuring they're set up for success on our platform. From onboarding and product integration to ongoing performance and collaboration, you’ll be the bridge between our brand partners and our internal teams, making sure every partnership delivers value for our partners and customers.
Strategic Partnership Management
- Act as the day-to-day owner of the L’Oréal relationship, driving alignment on shared goals and ensuring value for both sides.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all brand partners once secured (L’Oréal and non-L’Oréal).
- Translate commercial agreements into operational success — owning onboarding, data integration, product catalogue management, and ongoing partner support.
Partner Enablement & Growth
- Drive best-in-class partner engagement by ensuring brands are well represented in the platform — from product data to imagery and messaging.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and performance on the platform, in collaboration with growth, product, and marketing teams.
- Develop and own KPIs and performance metrics; prepare and deliver performance reviews with actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and design to bring partnerships to life — across site, socials, and CRM.
- Work closely with performance marketing to track ROI and optimise campaigns.
- Deliver integrated co-branded experiences that blend utility and aspiration.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 7+ years in brand partnerships, account management, or category management in D2C beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods — ideally within or around the L’Oréal ecosystem.
- +7 years brand development/management commercial acumen, financially literate and negotiation skills into the mix (ideally within Beauty)
- Collaborative mindset: You work cross-functionally with ease — across product, engineering, and marketing.
- Strong client management and communication skills — confident presenting to senior stakeholders and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Detail-oriented - able to manage timelines, track performance, and ensure high data quality.
- Beauty fluency: You know the difference between a serum and an essence. You understand category dynamics, trends, and what drives customer obsession.
- Analytical thinking: Strong commercial acumen and data literacy (Excel, analytics tools, etc).
- Startup energy: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving fast, and taking ownership.
