Job description

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time (6 days per week: Monday-Saturday)

Dr Vanita Rattan is the leading global brand for skin of colour, with over 3.5 million followers across her social media platforms. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive ‘Brand Partnerships & Activation Manager’ to manage influencer collaborations, coordinate events and exhibitions, and support the national rollout of the new Dr Vanita Rattan Glow Facial treatment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a founder-led brand at the forefront of innovation in skincare for skin of colour.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing

• Source and manage relationships with UK and global influencers
• Coordinate product gifting, track UGC output, and measure campaign ROI
• Maintain accurate tracking documents and ensure delivery of between 3-5x high-quality UGC posts per week
• Build long-term relationships with creators

Brand Events & Exhibitions

• Support the planning and execution of at least one event per month, in collaboration with our external events agency
• Coordinate logistics and liaise with vendors, internal team members and Dr Vanita Rattan to keep plans aligned and on schedule
• Attend and provide on-the-ground support, ensuring brand standards are upheld

Clinic Rollout & Support

• Act as a liaison for facial clinics offering the Dr Vanita Rattan Glow Facial Treatment
• Ensure clinics are consistently stocked and aligned with brand protocols
• Monitor and support stock levels, performance consistency, and alignment with training

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, brand activations or events (ideally within beauty, aesthetics or wellness)
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Passionate about skincare and committed to the mission of serving skin of colour
• London-based with flexibility for weekly in-person strategy meetings with Dr Vanita Rattan in North-West London
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
