Hot Futures is an independent fashion eyewear brand based in London, known for bold design, strong brand identity, and our growing creative community. We’re looking for a highly organised and driven Brand Assistant to join our HQ team and support a broad range of key business operations.
Role Description
This is a hands-on and varied role best suited to someone with a fashion brand or ecommerce background who thrives on process, organisation and multi-tasking. The Brand Assistant will be responsible for several vital daily functions, from online ecommerce management and customer support to inventory management, brand online and in-store activations and PR coordination.

What We’re Looking For
Working at Hot Futures
As a small and passionate team where everyone has a direct impact. This role is based full-time at our Dalston HQ and is integral to ensuring the smooth daily running of Hot Futures’ brand operations.
As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to additionally contribute to the Hot Futures’ through cross-team collaboration on new activations, pop-ups and store openings, new product development and releases as well as other ad-hoc brand activities and milestones.
The successful candidate should approach this role with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to challenge themselves as part of their role and in order to collaborate with the team to achieve brand growth and success.
