Key Responsibilities & Activities

• Execute the brand's value proposition and offline direct marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Adapt global marketing toolkits to local needs based on insights and positioning.
• Plan, conceive, and implement marketing campaigns, overseeing creative briefing, target segmentation, production, and internal alignments.
• Manage campaign performance and plan continuous improvements in segmentation and creative strategies.
• Create communication materials with agencies to extend marketing campaigns at POS level.
• Collaborate closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders at national and international levels.
• Control budgets, costs, and schedules associated with campaigns.
• Develop target groups and generate innovative ideas to engage the audience.
• Coordinate with regional and global marketing teams based in Milan, Italy, and participate in international projects.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a similar role.
• MsC degree, preferably in Marketing and Communication or related fields.
• Enthusiastic with strategic thinking skills and a business-oriented approach.
• Excellent writing skills to synthesize key studies and trends.
• Rigorous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.

This position offers a hybrid working model with 2 days remote work and 3 days in the office at Gateway House, Styal Road.
