Trump Turnberry is seeking an exceptional Brand & Marketing Senior Manager to lead and protect one of the world's most iconic luxury resort and golf brands. This role oversees brand strategy, storytelling, marketing execution, and reputation management across Rooms, Golf, Spa, F&B, retail, and resort experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager and the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead a small team, manage the marketing budget, and define integrated plans to grow revenue

Qualifications

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience within luxury hospitality, resorts, golf, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong brand strategy and storytelling capability with a refined understanding of luxury audiences.

• Commercially minded, with the ability to align brand activity to revenue and demand objectives.
• Confident senior stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at GM, regional, and corporate level.
• Strong people leader with experience building and managing high-performing teams.

Senior Manager of Brand & Marketing

Position Purpose

Trump Turnberry is seeking an exceptional Brand & Marketing Senior Manager to lead and protect one of the most iconic luxury resort and golf brands in the world. This role is responsible for brand strategy, storytelling, marketing execution, and reputation management across accommodation, golf, spa, food & beverage, retail, and resort experiences. Working in close partnership with the General Manager and the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, the Brand & Marketing Senior Manager ensures that every guest touchpoint reflects Turnberry heritage, ambition, and global standing. The Campaign Manager and Marketing Executive will report directly into this role, with responsibility for leading and developing a high-performing team of three. This is a senior leadership position requiring strategic vision, commercial awareness, and hands‑on excellence in delivering world‑class luxury marketing, and represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Essential Functions

• Own and champion the Trump Turnberry brand, ensuring consistent positioning, tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
• In conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) define the strategic direction of the Resort marketing and communications in line with achieving revenues within each revenue stream of the resort (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Golf and Lands of Turnberry).
• Develop and execute integrated annual marketing plans covering: Rooms & suites, Championship golf & memberships, Spa & Wellness, Food & beverage outlets and Events, weddings, and resort experiences
• Direct high-quality content creation, including photography, video, editorial, and storytelling that reflects Turnberry’s global status.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Own the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and strong ROI.
• Track and report on campaign performance, brand health metrics, digital engagement and market impact.
