We're working with a Growth Marketing Agency based in Manchester, managing three owned brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Co-Founders on executing strategies and helping these brands grow.

This role is remote, but you must be based in or near Manchester or willing to commute regularly for shoots and content creation.

Brand Marketing Manager - Beauty

Are you a creative brand marketer passionate about beauty? We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to support three fast-growing, founder-led beauty brands, each with its own unique vibe and following.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and update all three websites in collaboration with their agency (Shopify)
• Handle social media channels: plan content, schedule posts, engage with comments, and maintain brand consistency
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and photoshoots
• Coordinate outreach, PR, and influencer collaborations with the agency
• Work with the New Product Development team on launches
• Align marketing calendars with retailers to maximize trading opportunities
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and creatively

• Experience managing social channels and executing campaigns
